Challenge
Aquaries multi purpose cooperative society invested in a 2 years aquaculture project.  However, they were experiencing a very low turnover after the first cycle of production. In order to increase their productivity and profitability, they contacted us for an Investigative audit.
What we did
We identified the root causes for the shortage recorded, and provided recommendations that can be adapted to prevent such losses in the business operation. Trained farm staffs on specific technical aspects of aquaculture such as feeding routine management, evenly feed distribution for fishes, water quality management and general hygienic practices to ensure proper management.
