Grail land farms is an ornamental and vegetables production farm in Lagos state that needed an implementable and profitable management structure for their farm.

We assessed the general state of farm, level of current operation and production, viability. We also identified the available resources on the farm. We recommended practical solutions to help track production, keep better record and reduce human resources needs by developing a detailed farm layout.
