Viverda Farms is an automated aeroponic farm that needed a need assessment of local G.A.P and HACCP standards for their farm.
What We Did
We conducted a need assessment of primary farm assurance (local G.A.P) and hazard analysis and critical control points (HACCP) standards simultaneously for their aeroponics farm. We identified several non-compliance sat the various stages of production using key informant discussion, facility tour, interviews, participatory observation, and fact findings during our visit.
